said, "I have a dream!" He did have a dream, he
had a big dream. Well, we too have a dream, this
dream is to provide quality educational
programs, courses, and activities for both adults
and children of all ages, all ethnic background,
all religion, and all walks of life within
Ashtabula County, Ohio. Within this dream we
