How long does the course take?

Blended Learning takes about 4–6 hours of online coursework plus a 2–3 hour in‑person skills session. Full in‑person courses typically run 4–5 hours depending on group size.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes — upon successful completion of the skills session (online + in‑person, or full in‑person), you will receive a First Aid certification card recognized by many employers, organizations, and community groups.

What should I bring?

Bring a government-issued ID, comfortable clothing, and (if in blended format) a device to complete the online portion. All necessary training equipment (manikins, first aid kits) will be provided.

Is this course compliant with OSHA / workplace requirements?

Yes — our training curriculum aligns with standard workplace first aid requirements. We can also provide documentation for employer compliance when requested.
