Intended Audience
This course is for adult First Aid and adult/child CPR AED providers and/or BLS-trained healthcare providers, professional rescuers, or public safety providers who need oxygen certification.
HSI Emergency Use of Medical Oxygen is a supplemental certification course designed for students who already have First Aid, CPR AED, or BLS training and need certification in the emergency use of oxygen.

Certification is valid for 2 years from the month of issue.
About 1¾ hours for First Aid | CPR AED providers and about 2½ hours for BLS providers.
All students must perform required skills competently without assistance. Written evaluation is required only in a Challenge class format.
